My first ever animation - January 2009

This is the first ever animation that I made. It was whilst I was studying first year and still on the Illustration and Animation course at Manchester Metropolitan. The video is only short and is very amateur but was a good practice at using the key frame technique using just drawing. I enjoyed the repetitive technique of this process unlike most of my other students. Whist it was hard and repetitive work it involved a process of nurturing and perfectionism which I found satisfying. It gave me time to think, develop my ideas and delve deep into my thoughts. This was really quite therapeutic.
